Salisbury Exercise Classes

I am pleased you are interested in this class.

Please treat these live classes as though you were in a real class environment.

Make sure that you have a reasonable amount of space around you to work out in. Wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in. Don't forget to have a bottle of water nearby to keep hydrated. For these classes you do not need a mat.

Also, please make sure that if you are alone, that your mobile or phone is nearby just in case you need help.

There is a cross over between all my classes, all with different ages, shapes, levels and abilities, no one is excluded!!! There is a class for everyone! Please contact me, Kirstie Pugh, if you have any questions or to find out for which class you are best suited.

Stabilise

A seated or standing class combining Yoga, Fitness Pilates, Interval Training (Legs, Bums & Tums) with balance and stretches for flexibility, body toning and relaxation. Lengthen and strengthen muscles to help improve posture and body shape.

This is so much fun! The time passes so quickly but the fact that you're aching the next day means it's working... For any level of fitness as you can choose how much of a move you want to make - highly recommended!
